Berkeley Earth Day is an annual event held in April to celebrate the environmental movement and creatively challenge the destruction of our planet. We provide cultural performers, speakers and resources to link individuals and groups with each other in community based ecological activities.
Tina Tamale will be in the Veggie Food Court (across from Berkeley City Hall) with our lard-less yet chock full of Love & Veggie Goodness menu!
- Potato & Green Bean Tamale (vegan) with mixed greens, local honey & lime vinaigrette
- Green Chile & Cheese Tamale (vegetarian) with mixed greens, local honey & lime vinaigrette
- Sauteed Mushroom Sandwich with jack cheese, cilanto & cotija cheese aioli, arugula with honey lime vinaigrette, sliced ripe tomatoes on a soft roll
- Crunchy Tortilla Chips (canola oil) with fresh salsa
- Agua Fresca
